Commissioning me means you've read and agreed to the terms!

General terms:
- You must have a clear visual reference.
-You, as the commissioner are responsible for the quality of your references.
-Completed commissions can be slightly changed if needed to (color palette only!)
-If you don't want the finished piece posted anywhere (private commission), please state it in the beginning or the end of our collaboration.
-You may never use my art as an NFT/ to produce NFTs based on it in any way, shape or form.
-You may not use it in AI/for AI generation.
-Payment is taken upfront, through PayPal.

Process:-Sketch will be provided as a screenshot.
-WIPs will be provided on request, only after payment.
-Turn around is between 3 weeks and a couple of months depending on which number you are in my slot list. Any holdings are usually adressed publicly on my twitter page. If your commission is taking longer than 21 days (3 weeks) and you haven't seen an update on it (I didn't message you about the holding), you can send me a message about it. Please do not send daily check ups!
-Any major change will be extra charged, first two are free.
-Complex designs may be charged extra, depending on the type. (30-40%)
-Anything extra (weapons, companions, etc) will be charged depending on complexity and type. (between 15 to 40 EUR)
-Designs consisting on many pictures/text/a lot of additional details will be charged an extra 50% for design;
-If you want the commission done by a specific date, you must pay a priority fee of 50%;

Copyright/Usage policy:-I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use (unless stated otherwise).
-The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given.
-Purchasing the COMMERCIAL RIGHTS to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
